We are pleased to announced that you can now access health services from Grange Medical Practice on the new NHS Wales App.

Through the app you can: 

•   Access your health information. 
•  Order repeat prescriptions. 
•  View 111 advice. 
•  Discover blood and organ donor information. 

You will need a fully verified NHS login, or a valid photo ID to set one up. Select 'Grange Medical Practice' and follow the instructions given.
